Cancellation Policy

Here at Salon U, we prioritize your service by booking time to be focused on U! Because of this we book the maximum amount of time needed to focus on your needs. With that, last minute cancellations cannot be guaranteed to be filled, so we do have a cancellation policy that requires a Credit/Debit card on file at time of booking for all New Clients or those booking a Color, Highlight, or Chemical service. Clients have 24 hours before the start time of their appointment to reschedule or cancel. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hours notice the card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost. For client's that frequently cancel or no-show we do reserve the right to place a 50% Non-Refundable deposit towards the appointment being booked. These policies protect our stylists by keeping their schedules full so we can better serve U!

Other Policies

  • Salon U does not accepts tips on credit cards.​
  • It is at the salon's discretion to provide or deny any service, for any reason.
  • We are committed to providing the highest quality service. If you’re not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule a complimentary fix. Please note that choosing to decline a fix for a refund may result in the termination of the client-salon relationship.
  • Prices are subject to change and may vary according to the individual Stylist.
  • ​Birthday Parties, Wedding Parties and special events are required to place a deposit on services at the time of booking and are Non-Refundable.
  • For the safety of your children and the salon's, we strongly suggest that children be seated and supervised at all times.      

FAQs

What Payment Methods Do We Accept?
​Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Check, and Cash.​ 
All Credit/ Debit Card transactions have an added fee of 3.5% added to the final total. This fee added to cover the cost of the banking transaction fees.

How Can I Tip?
Stylists can accept tip through Venmo, Cash, or a personal check. We do not accept tips written into the service payment check nor on credit/ debit cards. For your convenience, an ATM is located inside the salon.
